 Willie B’s Smokehouse, owned by the passionate Willie and Velvetta Burton, started as humble food truck and quickly grew into a beloved part of the community.

 

We are passionate about perfecting the art of smoking and serving delicious meats at events, celebrations, and gatherings. Whether you're celebrating a family reunion, a retirement, a church breakfast, a conference, or a wedding reception, we're honored to be part of your special moments and to bring bold, comforting flavors to your day.

 

During the holidays, we love taking special orders for smoked turkey, ham, salmon, ribs, beef brisket, pork shoulders, chicken leg quarters, and whole wings to help make your celebrations memorable.

 

With over 30 years of barbecue expertise, Willie has shared his skills at the Memphis in May barbecue contest, earning sixth place among over 200 competitors with his signature sauce.

 

After two years of careful renovation, we opened our warm and welcoming brick-and-mortar at 3716 N. Watkins Street, Memphis, TN 38127, on August 5, 2025. Despite facing challenges along the way, our dedication to providing heartfelt service and irresistible smoked barbecue remains steadfast.
